Pool-side guest house addition

The owners of this beach-side property wanted to take advantage of sunny days and a large backyard. We helped them realise their dream of a pool-side guest house addition to sleep 4 and permanent cabana:

Open concept living space with kitchenette, casual dining area, beds and bathroom
View to the pool to serve as a relaxing area
Built-in bar and seating in the cabana
Natural timbers and stone used to match in with the existing landscaping
Safety fencing that is unobtrusive

Alteration to make better use of space

In this alteration, we reconfigured the bathroom and laundry as well as added more space for living with a stylised patio:

Functional laundry area with plenty of storage and modern fittings
Patio addition with bi-fold doors to living area and bedroom
Unique beams that feature raw timber and light fittings to highlight detail
Custom windows installed to allow more natural light to flow into home
Bathroom reconfigured with modern tiles and fittings
